Benefits of Lavender Tea

I had my first lavender tea about 2 months ago at Pavilion food court. I thought it was the best tea i’ve ever had. The taste of the aromatic essential oil from the flower was really calming and soothing. I really liked the taste. Ever since that, i kept going back to Pavilion to get my dose of lavender tea.

So, 3 days ago, i came across a packed of dried lavender buds at Carrefour and i decided to buy it.

Hence, for the past 3 days, i’ve been drinking my gree tea with some infused dried lavender buds. My green tea have never tasted better than this!! It is just awesome. All of my friends know that i am a greentea-holic..and now i get more addicted to it :-)

I did my reasearch online and i found out that lavender has so many benefits to the body:-

  • Lavender Tea helps relieve stress, reduces fatigue, detoxify kidney, headache, calm nerves and emotions. 
  • Lavender Tea also has calming effects that helps insomnia.

Since i started my lavender tea rutine, i’ve noticed that i fall asleep better at night…much much easier!!

On top of that, earlier today i had a moderate headache but it went away within an hour after i drank my lavender tea. Isn’t that wonderful?? ON YOUR FACE, PANADOL!!!

So now i know that lavender has so many benefits to my body. Not only it smells like heaven, it does good for my health too!!! It doesn’t get any better than that. :-)

I am sipping on my warm green+lavender tea as i am writing now…
